We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, control budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within established requirements.

Position Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and performance expectations.
Oversee project execution from initiation through completion.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities remain aligned with established schedules and goals.
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to minimize delays and disruptions.

Team Leadership and Coordination

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Assign responsibilities and establish clear expectations for team members.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve project-related challenges and address issues that may affect performance.

Budget and Resource Management

Develop and manage project budgets while monitoring expenditures.
Allocate personnel, equipment, and other resources effectively.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
Track financial performance and provide regular budget updates.

Stakeholder and Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Communicate project status, milestones, challenges, and progress updates.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring

Establish project standards and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations.
Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
Conduct project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and industry requirements.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and completion summaries.

Prerequisites

Proven experience in project management or a similar leadership position.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
Ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and make effective decisions.
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within established deadlines.

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

Project Management Professional (PMP).
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Lean Six Sigma certification.
