We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the development, integration, and optimization of flight planning and display systems. This role will focus on translating operational needs into system requirements, supporting architecture and design decisions, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and usability throughout the development lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities

Systems Engineering & Requirements

Develop, manage, and validate system requirements for flight planning and display systems.
Translate operational and user needs into clear technical requirements and specifications.
Perform requirements analysis, traceability, verification, and validation.
Identify system dependencies, constraints, risks, and technical trade-offs.

System Architecture & Integration

Contribute to system architecture, interfaces, and technical design decisions.
Coordinate integration of software, hardware, avionics, and supporting systems.
Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

Flight Planning & Display Systems

Support the development and optimization of flight planning functionality and display systems.
Evaluate system usability, performance, and operational effectiveness
