We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the organization’s financial operations, planning, and long-term growth. This executive will partner with senior leadership to strengthen financial performance, manage risk, optimize resources, and support informed business decisions.

Position Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Establish financial objectives, performance targets, and long-term financial plans.
Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Accounting & Financial Operations

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and other core finance functions.
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reporting.
Maintain appropriate financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Risk Management & Governance

Identify and manage financial and operational risks.
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance practices.
Oversee cash management, liquidity, and capital allocation.
Support audits and maintain appropriate relationships with external financial partners and advisors.

Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership

Serve as a key financial advisor to the executive leadership team.
Collaborate with operational leaders to align financial priorities with business objectives.
Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and develop a high-performing finance organization.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive progressive experience in financial leadership, including executive-level responsibility.
Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing financial strategies.
Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional analytical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working closely with executive leadership, boards, investors, or other senior stakeholders.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

CPA certification is preferred.
CFA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credentials are an advantage.
