We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, develop customer relationships, and drive sales performance across assigned markets. This role is responsible for managing sales activities, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets while strengthening customer partnerships.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and escalations
- Strengthen long-term partnerships to support recurring business
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and market segments
- Support pricing strategies and proposal development
- Collaborate with internal teams to close new business opportunities
Sales Team Support
- Guide and support sales activities across assigned territories or accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer delivery
- Assist in training and developing junior sales staff when needed
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership
- Analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent sales certifications
- CRM training certifications (Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Business development or leadership training programs
