We are seeking a Center Director to provide leadership and oversight of all operations within the center. This role ensures effective management of staff, programs, and resources while maintaining a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and policies.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
Staff Management & Development
- Hire, train, and supervise center staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster professional development.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment focused on accountability and engagement.
Program & Service Management
- Ensure programs and services are delivered effectively and meet quality standards.
- Evaluate program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as trained and qualified.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented or operational setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Leadership or management certifications.
- Relevant industry-specific certifications depending on center type.
