Develop, coordinate, and streamline the manufacturing process for finished goods, subassemblies, or components.
Implement production strategies that optimize inventory levels and production rates to ensure peak performance and minimal delays.
Oversee production progression and proactively address delays by expediting material shipments or revising production schedules to accommodate labor shortages or other production constraints.
Work with engineering and production teams to determine the sequential order for manufacturing and assembly tasks.
Analyze, monitor, and report on the efficiency of the production schedule, leveraging data from material and production control systems.
Manage and supervise the production planning team, ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to succeed.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements to current methods and procedures.
Evaluate workforce, equipment, and raw material requirements to fulfill production demands.

Qualifications:
