Responsibilities:

Serve as a proactive supporter for the Plant Manager, Supervisors, and employees, facilitating smooth onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

Provide guidance and coaching in response to inquiries on HR policies, incentives, severance, and other employment-related issues.
Conduct detailed analyses, including human resource metrics and benchmarking data, to support decision-making processes.
Manage HR operational functions daily, coordinating closely with central resources within the business to establish consistent and scalable standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with SHRM certification considered an asset.
A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources is required, including expertise in staffing, workforce planning, performance management, conflict resolution, team building, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Experience in employee relations and navigating collective bargaining agreements, with exposure to manufacturing safety practices preferred.
Proficient in coaching across all organizational levels and possesses a strong background in manufacturing or related industrial settings.
Demonstrated ability to drive business results, with keen business acumen impacting HR performance and business KPIs.
