- Serve as the subject matter expert on certification for the Product Management Team, crafting Module Product Requirements for the global market.
- Oversee and manage product/process certification activities for existing and upcoming products, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and that critical certifications (such as IEC and UL) are sustained across all global manufacturing facilities.
- Offer expert guidance on compliance impacts in relation to changes in product and manufacturing processes, aligned with the product roadmap.
- Maintain a proactive stance on international/regional standards governing modules, ensuring that pertinent issues influencing the company are communicated internally.
- Ensure the UL Construction file is continuously updated and support the successful execution of quarterly UL factory audits across all global locations.
- Stay abreast of and influence IEC/UL product marking (labeling and documentation) requirements, coordinating with the Product Management team for updates in product collateral and publications.
- Act as the primary liaison with contractors, test facilities, and national laboratories for compliance/certification testing and evaluations.
- Provide necessary technical/application support to customers, engineering, or business development/marketing groups within the company.
- Operate with minimal oversight and contribute to the orientation, mentoring, and upskilling of junior team members.
