A horticultural broker is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
Philadelphia Area Warehouse Operations Manager Job Opening
- Ensure optimal working conditions within all areas of the facility.
- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate and consistent inventory levels
- Maintain branch compliance with state and federal OSHA laws by providing regular training.
- Oversees daily shipping functions to ensure that the product listed on the delivery slip is the product being loaded on the truck.
- Enhance service levels to customers by working with the Customer Service management.
Warehouse Operations Manager (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
- At least 3 years of previous warehouse operations management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work extra hours as needed.
- Previous horticulture knowledge is preferred.
