- At least ten years of sales experience with a clear path of advancement and leadership experience within a sports and fitness oriented company.
- Candidates with five years of experience serving in a senior capacity for a network marketing organization strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build a downline sales team.
- A job history of leading a sales organization that has grown significantly.
- Expertise with advertising and marketing strategies, communications, sales planning, promotions, and product development.
- Experience assessing, recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team.
- A passion for health, wellness, and energy as well as the charisma and personality to convey that.
- Both a team-player and a leader.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Master of Business Administration preferred for this job.
- Extraordinary phone skills, and ability to operate a computer while on the phone.
- Ability to work long hours while maintaining a high level of energy.
- Travel outside of Los Angeles, California, approximately 50%.
