- Vice President of Operations will implement strategic leadership in the manufacturing operations.

Vice President of Operations (Grand Rapids Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or similar field of study required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment producing custom products is required.
- Must possess technical knowledge machining, assembly, and engineering.
- The job requires low volume, high SKU experience.
- Background in sourcing of industrial components.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory and project management, industrial safety, and quality.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six-Sigma certification preferred for this position.
- Welding, stamping, or automation experience with steel components desired.
- This job requires P&L experience.
- Strong leadership and managerial experience required for this position.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with all organizational levels.
