Dallas Vice President of Estimating Overview:

For this job, the Vice President of Estimating will work out of the greater Dallas, Texas location and will direct project estimation, proposals, acquisition of contracts, and project planning for the company’s current list of clients, as well as new clients that the company interacts with. The Vice President of Estimating will work alongside the company’s Vice President of Sales to help develop new business opportunities and job orders for the organization across a wide variety of industries. The Vice President of Estimating will have several direct reports and will contribute to the training and development of individuals within the sales department at the greater Dallas, Texas location.

Dallas Vice President of Estimating Job Opening

• The Vice President of Estimating will implement a new, organization-wide initiative for estimation and pricing for different contracts and job orders that the company takes on.
• The Vice President of Estimating will oversee and review all contacts that come in to the organization.
• For this job, the Vice President of Estimating will work alongside customers and defense industry partners to audit and satiate fact finding requirements for contracts.
• The Vice President will need to collaborate with ancillary departments within the organization when drafting up contracts.

Vice President of Estimating (Dallas Area) Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a 4 year degree in an engineering or a technical field is required for this job.
• An MBA or a MS degree is preferred for this job.
• Experience within the aerospace or precision machining industries is a plus for this job.
