Battle Creek Sr. Project Engineer Overview:

For this position, the Sr. Project Engineer will be heading up teams that will be completing complex projects that involve innovating product lines and creating custom products for customers. Additionally, the Sr. Project Engineer will need to collaborate with the project manager, as he or she will be managing the budget, schedule, and finances for the projects while working out of the greater Battle Creek, Michigan location. The Sr. Project Engineer is additionally responsible for communicating with customers and acting as their “voice”, translating certain specifications and parameters to the team. Ultimately, the Sr. Project Engineer will report to the Director of Operations while working on-site at the greater Battle Creek location.

• The Sr. Project Engineer will hire, interview, select, and train engineers to join his or team and strategize projects at the start and take the projects through to the finish.
