A leading sporting goods manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager in the Mississippi Valley region.
Mississippi Valley Sales Manager Job Opening
- Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads for new and existing customers.
- Responsible for cross-functional communications with sales staff, marketing staff, and others as needed.
- Helps to determine direction of the department by analyzing data and reporting on market trends.
- Create and distribute sales forecasting information for the assigned territory.
- Present sales best practices and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Creates and distributes presentations with regards to sales strategies.
Sales Manager (Mississippi Valley area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field is required for this job.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in sporting goods sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required for this position.
- Candidates must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is key for this position.
