- Serve as the voice of the customer to the engineering team.

Sales Engineer (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree from an accredited university in Engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience working with engineering and manufacturing with automotive tier ones or OEMs.
- Great interpersonal skills, able to communicate comfortably and effectively with personnel at varying levels of an organization.
- Proven leadership skills, able to resolve problems and build relationships in a team.
- Proven judgment and decision making skills.
- Proven history of successful project management skills, able to organize and plan effectively.
- Familiarity with process and product technology, markets, and business.
- Understanding of how technical, economical, and human factors interact in a manufacturing process.
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite of software.
