New York City Recruiter Overview:
The New York City Recruiter will Collaborate with corporate HR and hiring managers to write job posts, send it through approval, and post jobs internally and externally with job boards. This job opening requires the candidate to develop a talent pipeline to assist long-term with hiring and retention by utilizing multiple internet resources, including job boards and social media, keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products. The New York City Recruiter will assist in coordination of employee training and development, following up with employees and managers as needed to ensure required training is completed by established deadlines. The Recruiter will also process all resignations and involuntary terminations including preparing termination paperwork and conducting exit interviews. An ideal candidate for the New York Recruiter job opening will be bi-lingual.

- The New York City Recruiter will source, screen, and vet qualified candidates for presentation to
hiring managers. - The Recruiter will develop a talent pipeline to assist long-term with hiring and retention.

Recruiter (New York City Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience and a minimum of 5 years’ recruiting and HR generalist experience
- Proven experience recruiting for all levels of positions in a manufacturing environment; recruitment experience in the medical products or insert molding industries a plus
- The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques including internet and social media.
- The recruiter will have strong administrative and prioritization skills; focused and attentive to detail; highly organized.
