- Manage daily operations and leasing functions to ensure resident and owner satisfaction.
- Maintain customer service standards by responding in a timely manner to resident complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and ordinances.
- Prepare and report property budgets, leases, and rental payments.
- Oversee and maintain service contracts and arrange new contracts as necessary.
Property Manager (Capitol Heights, Maryland) Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
