Philadelphia Program Manager Overview:
The Philadelphia Program Manager oversees the efforts of the program at the client site locations. The Program Manager will direct, monitor, and coach an organization of Site Managers and Buyers across several sites to ensure that the terms of the service agreement are met. The Program Manager will observe and study procedures to identify areas of improvement. The Philadelphia Program Manager will plan and enact policy and process changes to improve the satisfaction of the client.

- The Philadelphia Program Manager will ensure that staff are properly trained in safety practices and procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Document and report all safety and security issues as necessary.
- Serve as the key leader for all operations within the client sites.
- The Philadelphia Program Manager will maintain regular communication. Provide updates on performance results, particularly scorecards, savings, and other key performance indicators.
- Direct, supervise, and coach site personnel to ensure job functions are being performed correctly.
- Provide assistance in developing business plans for assigned areas.

Program Manager (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
- At least ten years of Supply Chain or Procurement experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possession of an MBA is preferable for this job.
- If a candidate does not hold a degree, twenty years of experience would be required.
- Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management practices and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of ERP systems.
- Exceptional problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, particular familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
- ISM or CPM certification preferred, ability to acquire is necessary.
