Lexington Production Supervisor Overview:
The Production Supervisor’s main duty will be to maintain production schedules at the Lexington, Kentucky site. Additionally, the Production Supervisor will need to help mentor and manage Production Technicians in order to maintain optimal production. The Production Supervisor will also need to contribute to plant safety and training of employees. The Production Supervisor should also contribute to the daily upkeep of all plant equipment and parts. The Production Supervisor will need to manage several production technicians and cell operators and will be a part of the manufacturing department. Additionally, he or she will report to the Operations Manager at the Lexington, Kentucky plant.
