A heavy machinery manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor in the greater Bowling Green, Kentucky area.

Bowling Green, Kentucky Production Supervisor Job Opening

Oversee manufacturing shop floor employees and ensure standard health and safety guidelines are followed.
Set production goals and communicate them to employees and managers.
Establish workflow processes to increase production speed and efficiency and schedule employees to maintain production.
Implement continuous improvement efforts to further increase production output.
Review reports related to production status, productivity, costs, materials, and supply and take corrective actions as needed.

Production Supervisor (Bowling Green, Kentucky) Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of previous experience in manufacturing including, welding, fabricating, and assembly production processes.
Prior supervisory or management experience.
Experience training employees in productivity and safety practices.
Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management concepts.
General understanding of heavy machinery manufacturing processes.
