Indianapolis Production Manager Overview:

The Production Manager will oversee and lead the Production Department at the greater Denver, CO location. • The Production Manager will oversee all functions of the Production department and will be responsible improving the performance of employees at that location.
• Additionally, the Denver Production Manager will come up with lean manufacturing strategies to cut down on waste and speed up the production process, in addition to mitigating shutdowns and delays that may occur.
• The Production Manager will periodically have to support maintenance functions of the plant to maximize production opportunity.
• The role will have to sustain good relations with the labor department to have success for this job.
• There is slight travel outside of Denver, Colorado required for this job.

Production Manager (Denver Area) Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year school is required for this job.
• At least four years of experience in a manufacturing facility is a strong requirement for this job.
