Indianapolis Production Manager Overview:
The Production Manager will oversee and lead the Production Department at the greater Denver, CO location. He or she will need to be a point of contact for several departments at that location, as the ultimate purpose of the position is to keep on producing a high volume of high-quality product. The Production Manager will also mentor and lead teams to optimize their production at that location. The Production Manager will report to the Denver, Colorado plant’s Plant Manager and will have several direct reports for this job.

- The Production Manager will oversee all functions of the Production department and will be responsible improving the performance of employees at that location.
- Additionally, the Denver Production Manager will come up with lean manufacturing strategies to cut down on waste and speed up the production process, in addition to mitigating shutdowns and delays that may occur.
- The Production Manager will periodically have to support maintenance functions of the plant to maximize production opportunity.
- The role will have to sustain good relations with the labor department to have success for this job.
- There is slight travel outside of Denver, Colorado required for this job.

- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year school is required for this job.
- At least four years of experience in a manufacturing facility is a strong requirement for this job.
