Detroit Production Manager Overview:

The Production Manager will oversee the production and manufacturing departments by providing leadership and coaching, pushing the employees to emphasize product quality, safety, and efficiency metrics. Constantly, the Production Manager will be expected to find ways to streamline process and cut down on excess waste. The Production Manager will also have a large part in staffing the appropriate teams so that the company is equipped to take on a full day of effective production at the greater Detroit site. • The Production Manager will supervise and coach subordinate employees on best practices for day-to-day production and operations.
