The greater Atlanta, Georgia a Production Manager will be responsible for assembly production output, ensure line rates, and department personnel work within the standardized work instructions. It is the job responsibility of the Production Manager to use previous work experience and knowledge to write weekly assembly line reports, departmental CAPEX planning, and act as a fill-in for any assembly station. The position also requires the greater Atlanta, Georgia area a Production Manager to give performance feedback to employees, work with HR to discuss disciplinary measures when necessary, and ensure technicians are being properly trained.
