Detroit Process Engineer Overview:

The Process Engineer will be responsible for performing a wide variety of jobs at the Detroit, Michigan plant. The primary job of the Process Engineer is to aid in expediting and management of the CNC manufacturing processes of the Detroit, Michigan plant. The Process Engineer will additional aid in estimation of various projects, processing of orders, and development of contracts. Being an expert on CNC programming for various jobs, the Process Engineer will also help with the programming and processing of CNC machinery.

• The Process Engineer will mainly be responsible for the facilitation of an expedient and efficient manufacturing process at the Detroit site.
• The job will also involve interfacing with customers on various projects, including quoting and estimation, contract development, and customer service.
• The job will also play a large part in the programming of different computerized numerical control (CNC) machines at the Detroit plant.
• The Process Engineer will also need to be able to assist in the purchasing of materials for production.
• The job will also include the processing of work orders and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in Detroit, Michigan.
• The position will also need to help program CNC machines to a very close tolerance in order to provide the best quality and precision of components that are being manufactured.

Process Engineer (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of pertinent job experience in CNC programming, process engineering, and estimation will be required for this job.
• A vast amount of job experience and familiarity in manufacturing and engineering will also be essential for this job.
• A greatly thoroughly knowledge of CNC, including machining, programming, milling, grinding, Wire EDM, and sinking will be essential.
• Experience processing orders is a big plus for this job.
