Alpharetta Paint Line Manager Overview:
The Paint Line Manager will manage the Paint department at a three shift, medical supply manufacturer. This person will be expected to establish and maintain the production from an existing paint line including a possible new exterior paint line and implement all department improvement projects. The Paint Line Manager will monitor daily plan vs. actual, scrap, labor and quality and develop plans to meet targets. In this job, the manager will also need to understand current paint quality trends, take corrective actions and meet customer expectations.

Paint Line Manager (Alpharetta Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering required, with a Master’s of Science preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of automotive design experience, resulting in expert knowledge of paint applications.
- At least 5 years of experience in production management.
- Experience working autonomously without much supervision.
