Los Angeles Operations Manager Overview:

The day-to-day responsibility of the Los Angeles Operations Manager will be to ensure the efficiency of production by supervising all aspects of operations. The Operations Manager will subsequently alter operations in compliance with company standards and objectives. Additionally, he or she will perform administrative and human resources-related duties such as recruiting, orienting, and training for new and current staff as well performance evaluations. The Los Angeles Operations Manager will also perform research to aid in the development of new and more efficient methods. For this position, the ideal Operations Manager will be expected to prepare reports for executive management and will work closely with other departmental managers.

Operations Manager (Los Angeles Area) Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s preferred, degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated successful experience in an operational environment within a management role is a must for this job.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills.
