Operations Manager (Long Beach Area) Job Requirements:
- A 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of job experience are required for this job.
- At least 5 years of managerial job experience in terminal operations.
- Demonstrated job experience of proficient managerial and supervisory duties.
- Strong knowledge of labor relations, staffing, budgetary management, and report development.
