Charlotte Operations Manager Overview:
The Charlotte Operations Manager will direct all daily functions of the facility. The Operations Manager shall ensure that the facility is fully staffed to meet all customer demand. The Charlotte Operations Manager will be responsible for all production, maintenance, quality, distribution, inventory control, sales, and warehousing. The Charlotte Operations Manager establish yearly goals and objectives to improve the performance of the facility each year.

- The Charlotte Operations Manager will provide direction for the daily functions of the facility.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with management staff in order to communicate objectives, priorities, and other information.
- Analyze key performance indicator metrics for the faculty to identify areas needing improvement.
- The Charlotte Operations Manager will develop annual and quarterly budgets.
- Drive sales to consistently grow and improve business.
- Work with customers to find ways customer satisfaction could be improved.
- The Charlotte Operations Manager shall meet regularly with key managers to discuss policy or procedure changes that would improve efficiency and productivity.

Operations Manager (Charlotte Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree in business or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least ten years of industrial products experience.
- At least four years of operations management experience.
- Experience leading and improving sales.
- Understanding of distribution best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, able to stay aware of multiple priorities and objectives.
- Able to effectively manage several projects and teams in varying
- Lean Six Sigma training and certification would be preferable for this position.
- Familiar with SAP systems.
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft office suite of programs, particularly outlook, excel, word, and power point.
