Lebanon Maintenance Supervisor Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor will be to ensure all equipment and the Lebanon facilities are maintained to established standards and within the required budget. In this job, the Maintenance Supervisor will be accountable for the cost efficiency of the Lebanon maintenance department. Job candidates need to possess vision acuity for the purpose of reading documents or computer screens, speech and hearing capacity for frequent interpersonal communication, and capable mobility for moving around weld and fabrication plant full of walking and machining environment hazards. The Maintenance Supervisor should be prepared to wear all necessary personal protective equipment while on the production floor in the Lebanon facilities.

Lebanon Maintenance Supervisor Job Opening

The Maintenance Supervisor will direct all maintenance activities through clear direction to members of the Lebanon plant maintenance team.
Must work closely with all manufacturing departments to maintain operational standards of all production equipment.
Complex maintenance will be expected for all mechanical equipment, utilities and systems inside the Lebanon facilities.
In this job, the Maintenance Supervisor will be required to install or repair production machinery when replacements are required to ensure safe and effective operations in the Lebanon plant.
Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Plant Manager of the Lebanon facilities.

Maintenance Supervisor (Lebanon Area) Job Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years experience in machine maintenance and metal manufacturing.
Job candidates must possess an Associates degree or higher in mechanics, machine maintenance, hydraulics, an electrical or related field.
Will consider Maintenance Supervisors with 10 or more years in a maintenance leadership role.
Must be able to read circuit and schematics diagrams.
Experience with single and three phase electrical power, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotic welders, PLC controllers, complex machine repair, MS tools, diagnostic devices and machine repair tools are all preferred.
