Denver Maintenance Supervisor Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading several Maintenance Technicians and enacting the best maintenance practices for the company’s greater Denver, Colorado plant for this job. He or she will be heading up both preventative and correct maintenance plans for all of the Denver facility’s equipment and machines in order to execute job orders. The Maintenance Supervisor will need to utilize technical expertise to help avoid shutdowns and delays in production at the Denver, Colorado plant. The Maintenance Supervisor will have several direct reports, will report directly to the company’s Maintenance Manager, and will be a part of the Maintenance Department in greater Denver, Colorado.
Denver Maintenance Supervisor Job Opening
- The Maintenance Supervisor will support reviews, metrics, and corrective actions of plant performance for various jobs at the Denver, Colorado plant.
- The role will assist in the creation of a plant maintenance program that works to ensure that all plant equipment and machinery are operating optimally.
- The position must keep all spare parts inventory in check and support replenishment operations.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will supervisor maintenance technicians and support the onboarding, recruiting, and training of them for this job.
- The role will work with Team Leaders to improve their work ethic and leadership qualities while on the job.
- The position will use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to help schedule maintenance at the Denver facility.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will need to keep maintenance costs and production schedules in mind when scheduling maintenance.
- The role will adhere to organizational health, environmental, and safety regulations.
- The position will not need to travel outside of Denver, Colorado for this job.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will fulfill any other duties as they are assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Maintenance Supervisor (Denver Area) Job Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of production maintenance job experience on various types of manufacturing equipment.
- Experience scheduling preventative maintenance plans.
- An Associate’s degree is a plus for this job.
