Montgomery Lean Engineer Overview:
The greater Montgomery, Alabama area Lean Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and collecting data to develop statistical problem and goal statements that will improve company quality and safety objectives. It is the job responsibility of the Lean Engineer to use his or her previous lean skills and knowledge to create roadmaps that align with the company objectives. The position also requires the Montgomery, Alabama area Lean Engineer to improve efficiency in the manufacturing department by using strong lean knowledge and other ideas, as well as assist other employees and lead project management teams in lean sigma methods. - Previous experience with machining, fabrication operation, and factory master planning is preferred for this job.
- Candidates must be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified.
- Strong analytical, organization, management skills.
