Roanoke Lead Supervisor Overview:
The Roanoke Lead Supervisor will help lead the personnel in the Roanoke manufacturing facility. The Lead Supervisor will work with other employees to best ensure that the workflow is consistently running at its most efficient capacity. This job requires the Lead Supervisor to implement their background in steel fabrication to address issues that may arise in the Roanoke shop. The Lead Supervisor will train new personnel, as well as continuously improving the performance of current employees. The Roanoke Lead Supervisor will play a large role in maintaining a safe working environment that fosters positive working experiences. The Lead Supervisor will make sure that productively goals are always met. This job does not require travel outside of the Roanoke, Virginia area.
