Danville Human Resource Generalist Job Opening
- Responsible for activities surrounding the recruiting of non-exempt employees, including monitoring third-party employment agencies.
- Review and approve the posting of job descriptions through internal applicant tracking system and on-site activities, including job fairs.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process, collaborating with other Human Resource team members at various sites.
- Serve in various back-up capacities regarding Human Resource transactions and attendance activities.
- Educate managers on corporate performance and evaluation metrics, reviewing and tracking the quality of the reviews.
Human Resource Generalist (Danville Area) Job Requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent field.
- Position requires a minimum of five years as a Human Resource Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Applicants must hold Professional Human Resource or Certified Human Resource certification or equivalent.
- Candidates must have advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite of products and HRIS software experience.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
