Detroit HR Manager Overview:
The Detroit Human Resources manager will create and administer all Human Resources policies and activities. The Human Resources Manager will handle all issues of employment, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and other areas. The HR Manager will work with supervisors and management to ensure the facility operates in a safe and healthy manner. The HR manager will also be responsible for directing and coaching all Human resources staff.

HR Manager (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree from an accredited institution in the area of business, human resources, or a related area.
- At least five to ten year of experience in a Human Resources role.
- At least three years of experience in a management position.
- Able to understand and interpret business documents, periodicals, articles, manuals, and regulations. Able to explain complicated or complex concepts.
- Understanding of the principles of confidentiality.
- Strong mathematical skills; able to perform calculations for interest, discounts, commissions, percentages, etc.
