This job will enact all duties that involve the employment process for the company. For this job, the HR Assistant will serve in a supporting role to the entire Human Resources department at the greater Rockford, Illinois site. The HR Assistant will not manage any one employee directly, but he or she will be expected to support recruiting efforts and communicate with all levels of the organization.
