San Jose General Manager Job Opening
- The General Manager is responsible for handling the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Oversees financial operations of the company including sales, collection, budgeting, etc.
- Monitors shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation, in order to track production and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the operations standards and regulations such lean manufacturing, ISO, and OSHA.
- Ensure the company meets or exceeds goals in areas including revenue, productivity, quality, and more.
General Manager (San Jose area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
- 5+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Track record of growing business in previous positions.
- Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement procedures.
- Previous experience with ERP systems.
