For this job, the Field Service Technician will travel throughout the greater Seattle, Washington territory and service company clients by providing installation, repair, measuring, and support for company products. He or she will need to transmit product knowledge on to the customer to enhance customer service for the organization. The Field Service Technician’s technical assistance will go a long way in ensuring that the company properly services its clients. The Field Service Technician will work autonomously, but will report to the company’s Field Service Manager at the greater Seattle, Washington site. The Field Service Technician will be a part of the customer service department for this job.

Seattle Field Service Technician Job Opening 

• The Field Service Technician will travel out to customer sites and will provide technical assistance to customers on company products.
• Additionally, he or she will conduct all company services for the product dealership base in the greater Seattle, Washington area.
• The Field Service Technician will need to stay knowledgeable on company products and will need to research best practices to install them.
• The Field Service Technician will train with other Field Service Technicians to better learn about best practices.
• There is a high degree of travel throughout Seattle, Washington required for this job.
