• This job requires a candidate who aggressively takes on new tasks
• Must be extremely capable with carpentry tools
• Basic electrical wiring experience is seen as a plus
• Ability to carry out instruction whether in a written, spoken, or diagram form.
• Must be able to travel around San Francisco 100% of the time, with a valid drivers license.
