Champaign Examinations Officer Overview:

For this job, the Examinations Director will report directly to the company’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) in Champaign, Illinois and will be providing guidance and advising on various company programs and products. Additionally, the Examinations Director will be heading up all customer service functions within the company’s Examinations Department at the Champaign site. He or she must be able to adhere to a job budget and will need to develop and manage safety programs for various jobs that are both cost-effective and efficient. Additionally, the Examinations Director is charged with leading his or her direct reports at the Champaign, Illinois location to conduct better customer service and facilitate a better overall experience for the company’s clients. The Examinations Director will serve on the Examinations Board and will need to liaison and advise company executives.
