Morristown Engineering Design Manager Overview:

The Engineering Design Manager will build the Morristown engineering team and will spearhead the company’s stamping operations. Additionally, this role will have a large part in sustaining consistent innovation for the Morristown team. This job will also require that the Engineering Design Manager ensures on-time and under-budget completion of stamping engineering projects. For this role, the Engineering Design Manager will have several direct reports and will be required for monitoring their performance, as well as managing hiring, firing, training, and onboarding responsibilities. The Engineering Design Manager will report to the site’s operations manager for this job and will be a part of the engineering department.
