For this job, the EHS Director will need to drive strategic leadership and continuous improvement functions for the Environmental, Health, and Safety departments at the greater Rapid City, South Dakota location. The EHS Director will play a large part in evaluating, mentoring, and bringing on new team members and engineers into the EHS department. The EHS Director will be in charge of growing the program, consistently searching for ways to augment how the company sustains operations and environmental responsibility. The EHS Director will be heading up the EHS department at the greater Rapid City site. For this job, the EHS Director will be managing several managers and will report directly to the company’s executive management.
