Position Overview:

Director of Testing – A pivotal role focused on gasoline and diesel fuel additive product testing, qualification, and performance validation. This role interacts seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders and acts as the cornerstone of our testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Mastermind test protocols and ensure top-tier facilities for execution.
Take charge of the testing cycle for existing and new additive products.
Dive deep into the chemical composition of products to ensure optimal test outcomes.
Engage in baseline performance testing, embracing innovation to simulate varied conditions.
Advocate for the safest and most environmentally responsible work methodologies.
Oversee product certification needs and customer validation testing.
Stay updated with relevant literature, patent insights, and partake in groundbreaking research.
Collaborate with external testing agencies, additive experts, and internal teams.
Spearhead research strategies to meet customer demands and business objectives.
Champion multitasking, working on several projects simultaneously.
Contribute to intellectual property expansion through disclosures, applications, and publications.
Supervise lab assistants and advocate for safe operations.

Essential Qualifications:

Degree in chemistry or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Deep knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines and their emission testing mechanisms.

Additional Information:

Though the Director of Testing role offers remote working flexibility, occasional travel to testing facilities and corporate offices will be expected.
