Denver Area Director of Human Resources Job Opening
- Lead and develop the human resources department of the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and training of new employees.
- Handle discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
Director of Human Resources (Denver Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to work across all levels of the organization is required.
- Familiarity with best practices, trends and regulatory changes related to human resources, employment law and talent management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Salary Range: USD $150,000 to $200,000
