- A Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in an engineering-focused field.
- At least 10 years of engineering experience within a managerial role.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for this job.
