• For this job, the Design Engineer must analyze pre-production design sketches and collaborate with engineering teams in order to deliver products from concept to completion.
• The position will review product designs to make sure that they can be engineered.
• The Design Engineer will analyze current products and come up with various ways to improve them.
• The role involves researching the industry and leading products in order to figure out a way to best penetrate the sporting goods market.

• A 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• At least 10 years of experience in design consumer product goods.
• A proven history of creating innovative products.
