The Corporate Paint Engineer’s primary job will be to optimize paint processes at the Lebanon, Missouri site. The Corporate Paint Engineer will need to collaborate with several departments, including engineering, production, and safety, in order to successfully innovate and better conduct paint processes. The Corporate Paint Engineer will have an additional task in mentoring and working alongside paint technicians at the greater Lebanon, Missouri plant. The Corporate Paint Engineer will not be managing anyone directly, but will be a part of the engineering department and will be reporting to the Engineering Manager in Lebanon, Missouri.

• For this job, the Corporate Paint Engineer will be optimizing paint processes in order to better paint and seal products that the company manufactures.
• The Corporate Paint Engineer will also need to utilize lean manufacturing methodologies in order to contribute to the reduction of manufacturing waste.
• Additionally, the Corporate Engineer will need to uphold safety standards at the paint when implementing paint processes.

• A bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering is required for this job.
• At least 4 years of experience in paint engineering is required.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus for this job.
