The main role of the Controls Engineering Manager will be to lead a team of engineers through the development and completion of all project elements. The Controls Engineering Manager will work cross-functionally with electrical and control engineers to assist in design and programming development. Frequently, the Controls Engineering Manager will be available to work with customers to provide installation services and review final products. For this job, the Controls Engineering Manager will have several direct reports and will be responsible for improving the efficiency of electrical design and programming.

Controls Engineering Manager (Toledo Area) Job Requirements:

• A four-year degree, master’s preferred, in an engineering-related field.
• At least eight years of successful leadership and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of relevant programming systems.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
