Las Vegas Business Operator Overview:
For this job, the Business Operator will be in charge of all departments and will have several direct reports who will help them maintain the continued success of each department. The Business Operator will be expected to help support these departments through the use of various data metrics and performance indicators. The Business Operator will also be the face of the Las Vegas campus to parents; due to this the Business Operator must have a strong customer service background. The Business Operator will report directly to the Regional Director.
Las Vegas Business Operator Job Opening
- This position may require travel to other campuses; this will be less than a quarter of the time.
- The Business Operator will work out of the Las Vegas, Nevada facility and will expected to provide support and leadership there.
- This role will additionally be responsibly for monitoring KPI and performance metrics and could be expected to provide reports retailing department’s performance.
- In this role the Business Operator will be leading training for staff as well as help fostering continued professional growth.
Business Operator (Las Vegas Area) Job Requirements:
- Preferred candidates will have at least five years of management experience.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a Business or Marketing field is required for this position.
- A competitive candidate will have completed either an MBA or a Masters degree.
- Ability to communicate with clients, and parents, to better understand how the company can provide improved services and customer service.
