Green Bay Business Analyst Overview:
The Business Analyst, to be located in the greater Green Bay, Wisconsin area, will be primarily responsible oversight of both warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS). This job will serve as an expert in these systems to facilitate efficiency and decrease operational costs. The Green Bay based Business Analyst, will ensure that the WMS and TMS is properly configured and maintained and that all associated IT equipment is available. The Business Analyst will focus on continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending and implementing needed improvements. Overall, the Green Bay based Business Analyst job will focus on optimization of the WMS and TMS processes to ensure seamless operational processes.
Green Bay Business Analyst Job Opening
- The Green Bay Area Business Analyst will configure and test the WMS and TMS processes to facilitate increased efficiency.
- This job will serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects related to WMS and TMS.
- The Business Analyst will train and educate users on proper TMS and WMS processes and usage.
- This role will require WMS and TMS tests and the implementation of any needed modifications to improve system effectiveness.
- This job will also maintain documentation related to function specifications, process flows, and SOPs.
Business Analyst (Green Bay Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required,
preferrably in industrial engineering, IT, or supply chain. - At least 3 years of experience with WMS or TMS processes in a warehouse or logistics operations environment is also expected.
- This job will also require a working knowledge of domestic transportation and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of ERP software systems
are preferred. - This job requires excellent analytical and communication skills.
