The Philadelphia Account Manager will partner with customers and provide assistance in order to expand the relationship with the customer. - The Philadelphia Account Manager will work closely with current customers within the assigned area to expand business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers for technical and delivery issues. Work within the company and with the customer to rectify all problems.
- Notify company officials of key customer feedback, reoccurring observations, and other important information.
- The Philadelphia Account Manager will perform market research throughout the region to identify strong prospective customers.
- Make introductions to prospective customers, organize meetings to make sales presentations.
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospective customers.
- Deliver presentations to current customers as necessary to expand business relationships.

Account Manager (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree from an accredited institution in the field of business, marketing, or a related area.
- At least five years of experience in industrial sales.
- Familiar with metals sales and metals manufacturing.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven negotiation skills, a demonstrated history of closing deals and meeting sales goals.
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A high level of attention to organization.
- Able to manage multiple goals, projects, and initiatives.
- A high level of business acumen.
